What is Satsang

Satsang means "Meeting in Truth" - to enquire about yourself, about your true nature, finding peace and freedom within.

There is no ritual or ceremony involved in a Satsang. No prior experience or religious background is necessary. All are welcome.

Satsang often starts with a brief period of silence followed by an invitation to ask questions. Individuals may participate by simply listening to and absorbing the sense of freedom and peace; others may choose to become more actively involved in a dialogue with Satyananda.
